My friend who owns a good bit of real estate turned me on to BiggerPockets.  I am eating up the great information on the site including the BP podcasts on Stitcher.  I'm enjoying the free Ultimate Beginner's Guide as it spells out the basics.  My goal this year is to read as much as I can about real estate in building confidence for my first real estate investment. Look forward to networking and learning here.
