Hey guys, my name is Chris Parrish. I grew up in Astoria, OR, but have spend the last five years in Bend, OR. I recently moved to Portland to attend Western Seminary and am currently working for a property management company here in Portland as the maintenance guy. I currently own a home in Bend that we have been renting out since for the last few months. Things are working out really well with that. I am looking to purchase another investment property here in Portland and begin building an investment portfolio. I have read tons of books and constantly educate myself online, but I am hoping to find some sort of mentor I can gain wisdom from.

My goal in the next five years is to own five different single family homes that we rent out. I believe I am moving in the right direction, but I am always open to learn.
