Hi BiggerPickets. My name is Brady. I am totally new to RE and got turned on to BP by the podcast. I am looking to totally change careers. I now own and operate a personal training facility(unfortunately not as successful as I wanted to be) but am looking to actually move from Tuscaloosa to a new market to find a job and start investing in RE. I have a few real estate books on the way to read and are listening to the podcasts(about 3 a day) from episode 1 to present.

Id love any advice on getting started with little income and definitely some advice about what market to start in, which will be where I move to. Thanks
