I'm Omar, just wanted to introduce myself to the community. I've been a Real Estate licensee since 2000 and became a Real Estate broker in 2004.

Though this is my first post, I have been a long time follower of the site and would like to thank all of you for the great advice.  

A little about me, I have been working in the greater Miami area and the beaches for the past 15 years. My main focus is residential, buying, selling, leasing, investing and property management for my costumers and myself.
