My name is Michael Ramsdell. I have lived in Cary, NC for the past 7 years. I am 47 years old, divorced for a little over two years and have two children. I currently work at a five-star hotel and spa in Cary as a spa concierge. As far as my real estate experience goes, I have purchased or rented 6 houses as primary residences over the years. The 7th residence was a REO townhouse that I bought and renovated a little over two years ago. I live in the townhouse now. I have prior experience as a mortgage loan officer and processor. My intent is to become a full-time investor this year. My focus is going to be flipping and possibly some new construction. I know I will need some help, which is why I have joined this community. I am looking forward to using this resource and hopefully meeting some members in this area.
