I recently moved to northern Virginia and bought a condo a couple of months ago as a residence for me and my family. I am now looking for opportunities in real estate but the market here is too expensive... I am looking to learn and invest in this area or outside. Looking forward to learning and collaborating with you.

Welcome to BP @Moad Alrubaidi Northern Virginia is expensive but there are less expensive areas within an easy drive. You can go farther out in Va or PG county or Baltimore in MD
