Hello Everyone,

My name is Alonzo. I still consider myself new to real estate because of all of the different avenues one can take. I currently hold SFRs along with a Duplex but I began with mobile homes. I'm located in New Iberia, LA. I have dabbled in real estate over the years and have learned some expensive lessons along the way ranging from mobile homes, tax lien certificates, fix & flips to Spec. Houses. The most expensive lesson was building a Spec. House in 2008 - (I'll save that story for a later time). I suppose everything has come full circle as I am returning back to mobile homes. Some things have changed since my first deal so my approach is to begin from scratch based on hard lessons learned. It's been hard to compare the ROI of a used mobile home to anything other vehicle in REI and it's time for me to take this vehicle seriously. I look forward to the exchange of ideas and I thank you all in advance for your time and insight. Blessings and success to the community as we begin this new year.
