Hello

I am a new member, I have been obsessed with the BP podcast for the past few weeks. I live in the chester county area of PA and its fantastic and I think it would be a great place to start rehabbing homes. The problem is my in-laws want to financially back my wife and I in this business venture and are pulling for us to relocate to the Wilmington North Carolina area to start.

I am interested to hear people who have flipped homes in that area. Its such a interesting area of North Carolina and I am so curious to see what the market is for flipping. If any of you have had success for failures in that area I am very interested to hear that as a response.

Also for someone who is looking to relocate to the area get settled and then start rehabbing what are key things to be looking for, whatever market you are in?

I am very "green" in RE but I am really excited to learn and BP seems like the best place to get started.
