Hello BP community,

I'm a newer member to BP. I have been following the site for a while now - reading articles, checking out the forums and listening to podcasts. I actually just received BiggerPocket's two new books and am looking forward to diving in. There is so much good content on the site.

I have been interested in investing in real estate for a couple years, and I'm ready to start my real estate portfolio. I am currently an industrial engineer with a finance background, so analysis is a strong suit of mine. Hopefully those skills will lead me to success in this venture.

I am very excited about joining the BP community and all that it has to provide. If there are any investors in the Seattle area, I would love to make some new connections/friends. I am eager to learn so any advice/insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading!
