Experienced, established investor new to Bigger Pockets!

I am an experienced investor focused on primarily single family flips. I primarily keep my territory to Seattle, north Seattle, Edmonds, Lake Forest Park, Bothell, Kenmore.

My husband is a 3rd generation builder, so owning a construction company really makes us unique. This enables us to get in and do a job quickly and efficiently. Many investors cross their fingers that their GC will show up or they try to be a GC themselves.

I am always looking for multi family buildings for our buy/hold portfolio. We currently own around 100 units in the city of Seattle and the community of Ballard.

I work with several private money lenders but the busier we get the more PML are needed.

Looking forward to meeting other investors and continued education with Bigger Pockets.

Happy new year and wishing you all success in 2016!
