I am currently on the ground floor of real estate investing. I have some reading material that I am currently getting done, just learning the basic terminology and the different avenues of real estate investing. I thing that when ready, I would like to begin with wholesaling. After reading about the different ways to invest, I would like to begin with wholesaling to get familiar with investing and get my feet wet. Any advice, constructive or critical is welcome. I am a baby at this so I will be crawling before walking. Eventually, I would like to expand in to other avenues and look forward to those opportunities. I would also like to assist anyone else that needs advice. I have a degree in design, so if I can help anyone in exchange for their knowledge, I am willing to share. I look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with the community members in this realm.
