New Year = New Beginning

Hello everyone, well, its just two days away, a New Year and for many a New Beginning, and so it is for my Wife & I, who will be venturing into the Real Estate Investment arena !  I say arena because I can see the battles ahead of us, in what is a competitive Market venture, but we also see the potential for great success for securing our Financial future and for a retirement income . I certainly am looking forward to hearing form anyone here who have been there done that (so to speak) and others like us who are beginning this New Year of 2016 in a New Business & Investment opportunity !
