Lamppost Investments LLC was started a few years ago before we retired. We now own 5 properties and are looking for more in 2016, carefully building our portfolio to supplement our retirement income and have fun together. We love a project.

Active membership in many of the local networking groups has been invaluable to us. We also have attended conferences and workshops by several "gurus" to enhance our education.

Having remodeled many of our own residences over the years, we were familiar with rehabbing. Now, instead of doing the work ourselves, we hire contractors and just supervise most projects.

We are currently exploring investments in notes, but intend to continue to build our portfolio of rental properties. Our strategy is buy, fix and hold, although we are flexible if the right deal comes along.
