New investor from the Woodlands, Texas
I am new to the community, and relatively new to REI. I have my home in the Woodlands Texas. I renovated my first home in Louisiana, and have had it leased for 3 years now.
I am interested to start flipping property in the Spring, Texas Area, but I am finding it quite difficult to locate property that meets the 70% rule due to the number of investors in the area.
I could use some help figuring out how the foreclosure auctions work here.

Welcome to bigger pockets ... You have found a great resource… I am also in the Woodlands and can tell you that you can forget about the 70% rule in this area... Like you said, way too much competition ... But there still decent margins for flips … Feel free to contact me if you want
