Hey BP - Nice to meet you all and I'm glad to be a part of this amazing community!

I joined this site so that I can learn as much as possible about real estate investing. I'm renting in NYC until my lease runs out in August. After that, I'm hoping to purchase a duplex or triplex to house hack (hopefully I used the term correctly!) and I'm really not sure what state I'll end up in. Any suggestions?

If anyone has some tips to get started, I'm all ears! Otherwise, I'm sure there's a ton I can learn from listening to podcasts and the other resources this site has to offer.
