My name is Dean Hart, I have been investing/working in Real Estate for the last 15 years. I currently own more than a dozen rental houses. I have rehabbed more than thirty homes for myself. I have also worked as the contractor rehabbing REO's for several banks and flips for other investors.

I love every aspect of real estate. I found BP and signed up hoping to add some tools to the tool kit.  Always learning!!
