Howdy!

My name is Michael, I'm new to real estate investment and I hope to meet some great people and participate in rewarding opportunities. While I haven't invested in property before I'm quickly learning the best practices to help get me there. So far I've been able to learn from the Rich Dad Poor Dad book, game, seminar and their associated  Elite Education course. My boyfriend recommended I learn from some other great sites, which brings me here at Bigger Pockets. I believe my first opportunities will be Assignment of Contracts, essentially finding great properties for other investors here in lovely Colorado.
