Happy Holidays all,

 I've been in the industry on the vendor side of it... I run a small interior demolition company that specializes in selective demo.... I have some knowledge how the industry works and can not decide which direction I want to go in. Wholesaling appeals to me as well as fix n flip.... Its a hot market in my area and need to get going I know.... Been doing a lot of reading here and its a very informative site....
