Getting started

Hello everyone.  I am a relatively new investor.  I currently have four properties, and am working on purchasing my fifth in five year.  Frankly, I have not found a better and more rewarding method of building wealth!  My goal is to acquire 10 units, and pay them of as fast as I can.  In doing so, I will be able to walk away from my current career.  I have a plan to do this in 10 years.  But, I have decided to also flip a few to accelerate the payoff.  My most significant challenge right now is not knowing where to get the best deals.  I live in Northwest Arkansas (Fayetteville).

I've really enjoyed reading these forums.  Lots of knowledge and and experience out there!
