Hello everyone, I'm a returning member who was part of the Bigger Pockets community back in 2013. I live in the Dallas area, am a licensed Realtor and investor. Last year I completed 2 flips personally and assisted clients with 2 others. I am looking to take leap in my business this year by seeking out private money in the form of promissory notes so that I can pursue more and better opportunities. Would also like to purchase 5 rental properties by the beginning of 2016. It's awesome to see how much the community has grown since I was a part. Feel like I missed out on a lot! Glad to be back.
