Hi my name is Fili Hernandez pronounced like Philli in case you were wondering, anyways I am new to investing in real estate I have been wanting to do it since I was in high-school but always thought that I needed big amounts of capital to start. Then doing some research and looking in bigger pockets and other resources found out that you don't and not only that but there was more to just buying houses and renting them out.

I don't have much of a big elaborate plan but to * start learning how to analyse houses properly to see how they look a few years down the road if its worth keeping or not, *finding property, *finding better ways to grab loans than just going to a bank, *then go out and make the deals and continue to absorb more knowledge as I can and network that's pretty much it and my set goal for 2016 is to get at least 2 property's. So feel free to send me some tips or just to say Hi and thanks for reading.
