Theater Teacher/New Investor

Hello! My name is Bryan and I teach theater arts in San Jose, CA. I started buying when I realized my tech friends wanted to do expensive social activities and I couldn't keep up, so I needed passive income to build wealth. I own my home and rent rooms and own one rental property.  I currently have money to invest, but the market is so high in the valley that I'm looking for partners to invest with to increase potential buying power.  I'm in the "manage your own property" stage of investment, as my technical theater background allows me to youtube most home repairs successfully. I look forward to meeting other investors and learning how to use the money I have wisely so I can keep doing what I love (teaching kids theater arts).
