Hey BP users,

 I'm new to investing and my goal for the 1st year is to buy 3-6 properties. I haven't decided upon a specific niche but I'm leading towards Multi-family and apartments. I've learned a ton so far from BP and reading along the way. I do home to start with my first deal ASAP, with due diligence of course.

 I'm happy to be a BP member and learn from such wonderful people along the way.
