Hello everyone, I've been following real estate as an investment for about 4 years now, so I'm surprised I haven't heard of BiggerPockets until now.

I own 4 properties (all single family residential) including the one I live in. I started buying rentals a few years ago, and am looking to veer away from buy-and-hold for a bit and take the plunge into flipping.

I would love to find flip properties in the south San Antonio neighborhood where I just bought my latest property (it is heating up here). But I'm open to any growing area.

I look forward to learning great things here on the forum and site, and I look forward to being able to contribute and make connections that are beneficial to all involved. See ya on the forums!

Seguin is a good market because its still relatively inexpensive and its in the growing energy corridor between San Antonio and Houston. I would also consider flipping in the I-35 corridor between San Antonio and Austin. I think there's a lot of value in Kyle tx and New Braunfels. Just some tips good luck!
