hello my name is simone and I have decided to start wholesaling homnes, I have always wanted too. I'm scared oj really scared I left a career door this. I was tired of the 9-5 boss giving me  a 50 cent raise so starting Jan 1 I begin. I have met a lot of buyers I just need some houses under contract and I hope to find a partner...
