Hello to you all! I've been following BP for quite some time and have finally joined! This is truly a top-tier forum with a great community. I have a background in retail sales (very sucessful) but hated the hours (nights, weekends, holidays stuck in the same building. ..) Would love some thoughts on my situation.
I enrolled in a RE pre-licensing course in January. I love the idea of being a realtor and have lots of retail connections. I want to build a portfolio of investments as well. Any pitfalls to having a license AND wanting to invest?
Thanks in advance for any help. I'm located in the Indianapolis area and would love to meet anyone nearby! I have great connections for high-end goods. Everything from Swiss watches to hot tubs!
