Just wanted to say hello. I've been lurking on this site for some time. As much as my wife and I enjoy helping others with their Real Estate needs, we are anxious to dive into the investing field ourselves. We are currently seeking to pull the trigger on our first deal. I look forward to learning from all of your experiences, and hopefully sharing ours too!!
