Hi Everyone, I'm Spencer Jean, purchased my first and only rental property 10 yrs ago (I love being a landlord).  Been living in Nashua, NH my whole life.  Got started in the electronics industry when I was 21 and never left.  Currently, I am highly interested in turn-key rental opportunities (in diverse markets) and would like to acquire as many properties as I can handle.
