Favorite Book - Book of Ecclesiastes. So many life and spiritual truths packed into 12 little chapters. I highly recommending picking this book up, even if you are a non-believer. Many life lessons from arguably one of the wealthiest and wisest men to walk this planet.

Biggest Influence - Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

Real estate goal - acquire an investment that will be helpful to my livelihood and make many friends along the way.

What I'm currently looking for - Something between a duplex and a large apartment complex. The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few.
