Hey Everyone,

I came across this website last night and signed up after reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide. I have a background as a loan processor working on mostly FHA streamline refis and VA IRRRLs. I'm planning on learning as much as I can and eventually starting out in real estate investing by house hacking in the South Jersey area once I feel comfortable.
