Hi everyone, this is my first time on the site. After a 6 yr. hiatus from RE, I'm jumping back into it. I hope to start via flipping of single family homes. 

Has anyone heard of or have information about Jerry Norton and his Power Flipper course? He requires a $1000 deposit to enroll to be a finder. He guarantees $10,000 payment for each property found. Thanks.
