Josh Reed and early investing

Hello everyone,

My name is Josh Reed and I wanted to introduce my self to the community while also seeking some advice. I will be graduating with my Masters degree this coming May and have been blessed with multiple full time job offers in multiple locations across the country. My future career will probably require me to move around for the first 10 years or so. Such as moving every 2-4 years. I am very interested in real estate inviting early in my career and hope to one day leave the "Rat race" with some good investments. My plan is to start small though by house hacking with a duplex, triplex, or quad plex. My question is has anyone or does anyone have any advice on house hacking and investing while knowing you might have to leave the area in a few years due to career reasons? Then being forced to manage with distance? Is single family homes a better option then house hacking a multi family? Any advice would be appreciated and happy holidays

Josh Reed
