Hi BP Community,

I'm a new member to BP, looking to learn more about REI before hopefully making my first INFORMED dive into investment early in 2016. I'm an educator in NYC who is trying to build a passive income portfolio using a buy-and-hold strategy.

Glad to be here. Looking forward to learning from, and hopefully contributing to the community.
