Hi all ... My name is Rick.  I'm a relatively new Real Estate Investor.  I currently own 3 buy/hold properties in Eastern PA and NJ.  My goal primary goal is to expand my portfolio of buy/hold rental properties to increase month cash flow.  I'm also open to experimenting with fix/flip and wholesaling.  Very excited to be part of the BiggerPockets community.
