Hello,

I'm taking this opportunity to reach out to my fellow newbie real estate investors as well as all you more experienced ones. This is an exciting road we are on and I look forward to learning a wealth of knowledge from you all and all the resources on Bigger Pockets. 

I was born and raised in beautiful Laramie, Wyoming and presently live in Rock Springs, WY. Currently I am looking for properties to flip and also rentals within the state.
