Hello,

I have invested in Twin Falls, ID. I bought a rental property in 2012. I have moved here recently for my career (not Investing). Now that I am making decent money, I want to start spreading my wealth into Rental properties. I am looking in the Wichita, KS area. I also want to network out and see what are the right and wrong ways of doing it. 

I am also looking for mentor to help me get through this bumpy and long road. If any one has suggestions, I would love to hear them.
