Hello,

My name is Don and I am new to real estate investing, never done a deal yet, I am a member of my area REIA. I have no money, but I am determined to get started. I believe I can find the deal, the finance and the sale to get me started. So I am here to network and learn, and get ready to pull the trigger on the right deal.

If I understand it correctly, wholesaling deals can get me cash which I can accumulate to then do buy and flips, correct?

    @Don Panchamsingh

    Welcome to BP. Wholesaling can get you cash to help fund other things later on. However, It seems that wholesaling is a bit over rated in REI circles. It takes a lot of work and sometimes a good hunk of money to get a direct mail stream going.

    Look at all your skills and abilities and figure out what the best way for YOU to get the ball rolling. that might be wholesaling, might be house hacking, or even working in another feild to build cash to buy property.

    If you have not already done so, I would highly recommend that you listen to ALL the BP podcasts.  They will give you a good base to see where you might start.

    Good luck out there...
