I found this website by searching for info about another one of those real estate guru's! I'm new to investing and I hope by joining this forum I'll be able to learn something , meet people in the business and actually do some deals. I want to start off wholesaling properties first in my area. I think this will give me some confidence to meet the rest of my real estate goals if I can just start and get something done. But I don't know how to do that actually. How do I find investors? what do I say to people in pre-foreclosure. None of these guru's tell you that until you pay them more money. They hint at things, whisper things but that's it.
