I have been in the automotive industry for the past 25 years. I have been reading everything I can get my hands on for the past several years on REI, flipping, and multi-family as long-term rentals for cash flow, and I'm ready to get this ball rolling. My wife and I purchazed a home on a large lot with a lake view at the bottom of the market 5 years ago, with the intention for a long term flip. I am putting the icing on the cake over the winter months with hardwoods, paint, bathroom updates ect. In preparation for putting on the market in spring. All the while I am in the process of doing my due diligence and getting my real estate lic. with the sole intentions of developing our REI portfolio. I will maintain my current career for a few more years get things rolling but I see a 3 year window till im investing full time. I will be calling on all your experiences to help guide me, count on that.
