Hello!

My name is David Gasatura and I am very new to real estate investing. My wife and I are learning as much as we can right now - which is how we landed on BP!! 

Our main area of interest is multi-family houses(4 units) to hold over the long term for cashflow but of course, we are reading about all the other different investment vehicles of real estate.
