Hello all,

My name is Mark, amd I'm looking to get my feet off the ground. I live in a small town in North Eastern Colorado, however I was born and raised in Colorado Springs. I'm looking to get into the wholesale end of things to start with. Months of research have brought me to the conclusion that without learning how to find and pick up a good deal, I won't ever make a penny. I'm also striving to get my real estate license rolling after the first of the year. I love this site, the podcasts, webinars, blogs, and all the information that's spread across the forms, and continue to learn every day.
