Hello fellow investors!

My name is Gustavo i stay mainly in the Gurnee are of Illinois and the Salem area of Wisconsin. I'm writing this because I am fairly new with real estate investing something I've always wanted to do mainly wholesaling, flipping, rental properties, buy and hold, etc. If any of you have any tips on books, forums, podcasts, seminars, or anything that can help me get my journey started in the right path it would be a big help, thanks!!
