Hi everyone in the BiggerPockets forums. Apologies for a rather long, but hopefully informative post.

As for many in here, this is my first forum post but far from the last one! I discovered BiggerPockets a couple weeks back while researching the topics of real estate investing, I found a couple interesting posts but didn't think more of it at first. However, I recently found the BiggerPockets Podcast produced by Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner. After a couple episodes I realized that these guys are really trying hard for you to become a better person and make your future brighter. I want to thank, and I appreciate all the effort that they as well as many others put in to make this the greatest and most efficient real estate community on the web today. 

A short bio of myself, I'm from Sweden originally, arrived in the US 2012. I'm currently a flight instructor for domestic and international students seeking a career as a professional helicopter pilot. I'm a firm believer that there is no short cuts in life. I've always strived to work hard and perform the very best I can at whatever I get in to. Me and my wife purchased our first investment recently, this being a cosmetic fixer upper single family home.

Building knowledge and connections remains first priority. My employment income has recently started to build capital for future investment.

I will be seeking flip home projects to build greater capital for further funding of our passive strategy.

Me and my wife has decided on a passive strategy that will consist of buy and hold rentals. Multi family properties hold the greatest interest for us as of right now, based on my knowledge level. The numbers for these properties seem to make the greatest sense in our area.

The better network we build, the greater we can all grow, and this will be very appreciated.
