New and wondering where to start!

Hello everyone,

We are new to BP. We're young professionals in the Cleveland area and just starting out. We have always been interested in real estate and we are eager to begin investing. We aren't sure if we want to flip or hold as a rental. Our problem is we are a little low on cash and not too sure of our options. We would like some advice on where to start and how to finance it. If anyone has ideas it would be much appreciated.
