I started out as in investor! Turned into a contractor! Looking to find others to structure deals together! Fix and flips, buy & holds! 

Let's get some ideas going! Currently finishing up a SFH converted to 2 unit buy & hold!

Closing on another deal In wheaton! Looking for investors that need contractors and investors and that to work a deal together!
