Hello BP!

I'm excited about all of the info available here at BiggerPockets. I'm a former home rehabber who decided to specialize in HVAC. I'm an RSI Refrigeration School graduate and the owner of Mountain Peak Air, LLC which is run out of Mesa, AZ. My young family and I just purchased our second home and are renting out our first home now! My family is in the real estate business, so it's always been and always will be an interest of mine.
