HI BP ,

Im new to investing/house flipping and I've learned so much from BP already! Im hooked to the podcast as well, I listen everyday on my commute to work..

So im on my way to getting my first fix and flip and was wondering about exit strategies. I've heard of refinancing to pay of a hard money lender and was considering that as one option. So I wanted to ask has anyone used that and can you maybe walk me trough how it would go??

Also is there any other options for exit strategies when dealing with a fix and flip with hard money?

Thanks BP, You guys ROCK!
