Transitioning from Realtor to Investor/Realtor
Hello BiggerPockets Community!
My name is Robin Smith and I am a Realtor out of West Orange, NJ seeking to break into the Investment field of real estate. I have always wanted to invest in real estate and thought the best way to do that was to start as a Realtor. What I have found on my journey is that there are so many other ways that I can make my dream a reality. I have recently been listening to Jay Morrison and found that I can move forward with private lending or hard-money lending so I have done some research and found a hard-money lender that is willing to invest 80% in my deal. Now all I need is a gap-funder who will invest the other 20%...now the work begins and with my experience, skill and hustle as a Realtor not only do I know I can get this done but I will.
Every no is one step closer to a yes and I only need one person to say yes!
