Newbie in Nashville TN

Hello all,

I have been trolling the BP forums for a couple months and decided to introduce myself to the community.

I work as an engineer during the day and I'm just getting started in the buy and hold area.

Earlier this year I bought my first property and I'm currently trying to do the duplex house hack method.  I need to do some rehabing to the other unit before it will be rent ready.  But overall it has been an exciting experience.

I am looking to network with other investors in Nashville or anywhere else.
