Ukrainian newbie from Denver, Colorado

Hi everyone, so happy to have come across biggerpockets.com! I am Sasha Zhelyezna, born in Ukraine, raised in the states, residing in Denver, Colorado. I just received a MA in sports and performance psychology and started my own business in mental and physical health. I have always wanted to get involved in real estate and  Denver has been blowing up, I am finally ready and ALL IN to get started. I have had the entrepreneur spirit in me since I was a child and thankfully I am blessed to come from a long line of beautiful, intelligent, strong and ambitious women.

I would love the 2016 year bring me 4 successful fix & flips and 2 rental properties with cash flow! Can't wait to get more educated, meet new people, and see what the year brings!!!
